1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Pocket Prayer Cards mobile application (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

If you are using an Apple device, please also review Apple’s Standard License Agreement.

2. Description of the App

Pocket Prayer Cards provides users with:

  • Catholic prayers and devotions
  • Saint prayer cards
  • Audio playback of prayers
  • Optional language support (including Spanish)

The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use to support daily prayer and spiritual reflection.

3. Subscription & Payments

Certain features of the App may require a paid subscription.

  • Subscriptions may be billed monthly or annually through your Apple App Store or Google Play account.
  • Payment will be charged to your account upon confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device’s account settings.

No refunds are provided except as required by applicable law or platform policies.

4. Free Trial (if applicable)

If a free trial is offered:

  • You will not be charged during the trial period.
  • After the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin unless canceled before the trial expires.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the App for lawful purposes only
  • Not copy, distribute, or modify any content without permission
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with the App

6. Intellectual Property

All content within the App, including:

  • Prayer texts
  • Images and artwork
  • Audio recordings
  • Design and layout

is owned by or licensed to Pocket Prayer Cards and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7. Spiritual Content Disclaimer

The App provides religious and devotional content for personal spiritual use.

  • It is not intended as professional, medical, or psychological advice.
  • Spiritual outcomes or answered prayers are not guaranteed.

8. Availability & Changes

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue features at any time
  • Update content or pricing
  • Restrict access to parts of the App

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Pocket Prayer Cards shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Third-Party Services

The App may rely on third-party services, including:

  • Apple App Store
  • Google Play Store

Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
